Story behind #2
When I look at this piece, I think of someone who has spent a lifetime quietly holding on. People may assume their faith is effortless, but they don’t see the unseen choices, sacrifices, and prayers that have shaped their journey. They have felt temptation, made mistakes, and watched others walk away, yet they have continued returning to their roots. While God rejoices over every soul that comes home, I believe He also has a deep love and appreciation for those who have faithfully stayed.
Story behind #1, #3, #4, #6
I imagine the person in this piece standing at a crossroad. They’re in a sacred moment before a life changing decision. Though hesitant, they’re choosing to act in faith and reach toward His hand that has always been extended to them. I imagine them finally embracing the love, guidance, and peace that has been there all along.
Story behind #5
With this piece, I imagine someone going through a difficult season. They’ve depended on Him before, so when life became overwhelming, they knew where to turn. Rather than trying to carry the burden alone, they trusted Him to lift them through it. I imagine this person finding peace not because the storm has passed, but because they know the One who is carrying them through it.
